Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of these products and designs, there will be no refunds or exchanges after purchase. Please double-check apparel, art, sizes, and timing before making your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at customerservice@utees.com, 800-460-8337.
Q: My item is damaged (or not what I ordered), what do I do?
A: We would love to get this sorted out for you! If you didn’t receive the product that you ordered (wrong size, color etc.), or if your item arrived damaged, send an email including a photo of the item and your order number to customerservice@utees.com
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our apparel is made to order. Orders take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. Shipping carriers are experiencing more volume than ever. You may experience unexpected delays from our shipping partners like UPS and USPS. We cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package. Thank you for your patience.
Q: Why does my order take up to 10-14 business days to arrive?
A: Once we've received your order, it takes 5-7 business days to produce your goods (that includes ordering the apparel, printing and packaging your order). After your order is produced, it's sent to your shipping partners to get delivered to your door step. The shipping process typically takes 5-7 business days, but may take longer due to other circumstances. UTees will not refund apparel due to delivery after the date you need it by. Be sure to order with plenty of time in advance.
Q: My shirt doesn't fit me, what do I do?
A: We are unable to refund due to fit. Please double-check the size chart on each listing. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to Sam at samantha@heckstudios.com.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Spend $100 and shipping is free! Standard ground shipping is $6.99.
Q: Why does my order have separate shipments?
A: To deliver your order as fast as possible, you may receive multiple different shipments if you ordered more than one item.
Q: How do I find my right size?
